1941 Ford Brooks Senior Van Ette

Manufactured by Transportation Engineering of Detroit, the Brooks Van Ette was based on a Ford 1 ton truck chassis and these trucks were originally marketed as milk delivery trucks. The example we have was used to haul parts at the Willow Run Bomber plant and carried the Defense Plant Corporation number of 19043725 and the War Assets Administration number of 13 3-39. This truck has been sitting outside for a number of years and will require extensive work to return it to its former glory.
